Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

Please be aware that we can only source items from manufacturers already in our inventory. Occasionally, if the item has been discontinued, we may suggest a suitable alternative from our current selection. Do you drop ship?

To ensure you receive your orders promptly, we may opt for drop shipping when appropriate. While the majority of orders typically ship from our warehouses in San Diego, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Sun Valley there are instances where a supplier may have an available item that can reach you more quickly, prompting us to utilize drop shipping.

Is there a nearby local distributor where I can purchase it?

Currently, our presence is limited to San Diego, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Sun Valley. All items will be shipped directly to your location.

Where is APFS.com located?

SupplyHouse.com’s main office is Sun Valley, CA. We also have three additional distribution centers located in San Diego, Riverside, and Los Angeles.

Where does my order ship from?

The majority of orders will be dispatched from our warehouses located in San Diego, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Sun Valley. In certain instances, we may expedite delivery by shipping items directly from the supplier.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
